WHERE
We have building lots in Loxahatchee Florida, Treasure Cay in the Bahamas as well as in Panama. Our idea is to build you a home in a safe area where one can relax far from the urban messes which are becoming increasingly undesirable and unstable. We particularly like Panama but it's not for everyone. South Florida may be more you liking and Loxahatchee, which is just west of Palm Beach, has lovely wooded lots where the round homes perfectly fit in.
We also don't have to build just a round house. We built 21 of these and we like them but again, we can build any house you want. In Maryland we built 600 homes so we do know our way around construction We can send you dozens of plans or you can send us yours and we can build it.

In case you are interested, here's a bit of information about Panama. There are about 3 million native born Panamanians and 30,000 expats. A lot of the recent immigration has been from Europe, America and, as of last week with the election of the arch socialist, Canada a number of Canadians have contacted us.
More than half the population lives in the Panama Panama's urban population exceeds 70%, making Panama's population the most urbanized in Central America. Revenue from canal tolls continues to represent a significant portion of Panama's GDP, although commerce, banking, and tourism are major and growing sectors. The growth of Panama City in particularly remarkable. The city is Dubai West in every respect. Hundreds of banks have opened offices there and it is becoming the money capital of the western hemisphere.
Panama has the largest economy in Central America and is also the fastest growing economy and largest per capita consumer in all the Americas adjusted for the population. The Panamanian GNP has been growing steadily for years at between 9 and 13%- far greater than America and Europe.
Since 2010, Panama remains the most competitive economy in Latin America, according to the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Index. Covering around 40 percent of its land area, Panama's jungles are home to an abundance of tropical plants and animals – some of them to be found nowhere else on the planet.

WHO WE ARE
Robert Firth is a retired airline pilot who, with his brother, built 600 homes and 3 condominiums in Ocean City Md. Captain Firth studied civil engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and served 3 years in Vietnam. He is married to a lovely Russian lady has a dog and a cat and lives today between Boca Raton Florida and David Panama.
Jim Gross is a Vietnam veteran who served at the same time as Mr Firth in Vietnam. Jim is a active licensed Florida real estate broker and property appraiser- his experience in single family housing is extensive and makes him a very valuable partner in this project.
The hands- on Contractor in Panama is an expat American with many years of heavy and residential construction in the US and Panama. He is fully licensed in Panama and will be responsible for building the foundations and assembling the round house homes on the property.
We have retained a highly experienced Panamanian realtor and attorney to handle the formalities and, if you wish, process your papers to receive a resident visa. There's always an element of trust in any business transaction so it's important that those putting up their hard earned money know exactly who they are working with.

Stacked unit with 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs and one bedroom and bath on the first level.
You can choose your interior and exterior finishes and colors, countertops, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and floor coverings. As options, we can install stand- by generators, gas or electric stoves and ovens, washing machines hot water heaters, dyers and more.
The pre-construction contract will specify exactly what your want included and the total price. We have accounts here in Florida set up for this business and will not draw from any funds you deposit until the foundation and all underground infrastructure is completed.
The agreement stipulates that the buyer will make three deposits, the second one due when your home is under roof and the third and final payment when the home is complete. The closing statement will be present the buyers and sellers costs prorated to the day of closing. The buyer will have an opportunity to walk thought the unit in advance of closing and, of course, anytime during construction.
We are always mindful that we represent your interests and are spending your money. Without the client there is no project. Our aeement stipulates that if for any reason we are unable to deliver a completed unit we will refund all your money. This clause hopefully will provide you with the enough assurance and comfort to trust us to build your home in Panama. We will maintain our availability to you from day one until the end of the 12 month warranty and beyond.

We built 600 homes and 3 condos in Ocean City MD. Today we are building in Panama. These are new homes allowing the individual considerable choice as to colors, flooring, counter tops wall colors appliances etc. Each home is built expressly for its owner.
We are in the process of pre- selling our units. We have arranged for deposits into an bonded escrow account for interested clients. No transfer of your funds are asked for or required until you have visited the property. Contact us for a pre-construction agreement.
